As CEO, PRODUCER , ENGINEER , and co -founder of "Yung Hulageenz" he has started his very own brand "Courtesy of the Mac" with the his business partner "Rich mac" As an upcoming artist, Tre Mac continues to produce beats, practice his craft and continues to make music every single day. Like most artist, his top 3 musical influences are Big K.R.I.T, K.Dot, and Andre 3000; he say's, "their word play, the topics they discuss, especially the flow and the sound of the music are what really turned me into fans of their music. They aren't afraid to step outside of the box. An that's why I continue to make music, I'm not afraid to step outside of the box when I write." Some of his female musical influences are Patti Labelle, Mary J Blige, Fantasia, Erykah Badu, and Jennifer Hudson.

When asked in his recent'"Ears2daground" blog interview   "If you could change one thing about the music industry?" he stated, "I would get rid of these "gimmick" rappers and revert back to the old ways of Hip Hop. Today's rappers use their social media as a platform and they aren't really making real music, today's music revolves around the beat and how hype the crowd can get, seems like lyrics don't matter anymore." In closing, "I want my music to have the influence where the next generation and everybody that listens to my music is going to want to come together as one and when they hear it, they will want to make change and enjoy themselves."
